I also disagree with that claiming-accusation-thingy because i know a big portions of malaysian malays consists of people who came from the regions that are now in indonesia so i understand why many of our native culture being celebrated there too

@ImiNaka0 @Sheep0092 Yes, the people who invented it matters, so the cultural entities they brought should still be coined with their ethnic identity. Acknowledge that those cultural items invented by the specific ethnic group, not the constructed umbrella identity attached to them in the new land
