कोई कंपनी अगर प्रोजेक्ट बनाती है तो सरकार उसे बाध्य करे की वह #उत्तराखंड के प्रभावित इलाकों के घरों का बीमा कराए। तपोवन प्रोजेक्ट के #जोशीमठ विरोध के दौरान NTPC ने भरोसा दिया था कि वह सभी घरों का बीमा कराएगी लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। अगर ऐसा होता तो सरकार इस समय बड़े खर्च से बच सकती थी
