Is the assessment process 21st Century enough! Who in their jobs writes a two hour essay, straight off and hand written. It does need a review, especially with more young people being assessed for exam access arrangements, it’s not sustainable.

For someone with depression, things like getting out of bed or taking a shower can feel overwhelming. So if someone close to you struggles with depression, one thing you can do is celebrate the little wins with them.

Let them know you're proud of them.

@SENDconsultant I will listen to them, show empathy and try to hide my anger about the situation and ask them to document (depending on age) when, where and what is happening, who was around to witness the incidences. I would approach the school and ask them to investigate the situation.

@Headteacherchat How do you look out for your own well being. Do you secure time where you fill your own cup with self love and nurturing activities. What about getting your self a coach or head teacher mentor, so you are not going through this by your self? Best wishes and do your best.
