@xe There is no replies to my email. No reason has been provided why account was closed and no update on refund. Not sure thats usual business model for @xe

Very unprofessional behaviour from @xe I choose XE to send money to my family and initiated a transfer yesterday and after 30 hrs I received an email that my contract is cancelled and account is closed without stating the reason.

If there is any verification issue, you should have asked for further documentation or informed me about the issue. Moreover, money have debited from my account since yesterday, when i will get it back? No mention about it in the email. Haven’t expected such behaviour from @xe

Each time I email to vfs support, I gets reply that it is being checked internally. I am not sure what is being checked from 3 months and why it is taking this long to refund my money which you are holding for no reason. Please refund my money ASAP.

@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare it’s been 3 months I have requested for a refund as appointments were not available at selected centre, but I am still awaiting for the refund. I was told on 23 sep that refund have been initiated but I still haven’t received.

Upload speed of my jiofibre connection has not increased yet and neither I have received any voucher for as announced by JIO for free one month. My JIO fibre was installed on 25th Aug. please check @JioCare
