In this AI coding world, we keep handing our whole folder to an agent and expecting it to figure things out. No clear issue. No map of what matters. The agent burns tokens just wandering the repo, reading random files, guessing where the bug lives.

At the end, we discover the toys belonged to our grandparents, connecting two generations through childhood memories.
