Couple of concerns
1) shows 60m pre, becomes 90m post payment. Whats the logic- stooping to these tactics?
2) placed order at 830, agent calls at 9pm to say order is cancelled. Rude agent. Says this is how its done. Can offer sorr

@jagograhakjago @nch1915 keeping you in loop as well. Agent had the audacity to call 30min later and day order is cancelled, place another if needed. I cant offer you anything else. Then he hung up the call because we cannot call him back. Lucky if @Swiggy has an audit trail

Received itc frozen peas from instamart. We opened the pack few days after delivery since its a packaged good. Instead of bright green peas, we got dark yellowish peas that smelled foul. On asking instamart, their reply is that we didnt reach them in 24/48hrs. Is this right way??
