Hi, As advised in Ticket No:783002700605, I first hung a plain bag next to my old competitor’s bag, then removed it and kept only the plain bag. On both days, the delivery executive ignored the bag and left the groceries on the floor.

SalamAir has confirmed via email that INR 24,492.09 was refunded to MakeMyTrip's travel agent account on 16-Jun-2026.

I have already raised complaint #GC-INB91T regarding an AMEX card that was closed years ago. I unexpectedly received a statement SMS showing an outstanding amount on the same card.

@makemytripcare They have not confirmed the pnr against which they have given refund, I would encourage and recommend you to get those details directly with airlines as you must have various corporate channels there , rather asking the customer.
