And of course, where no one is penalized for not putting on the seat-belts while driving.

See #4 in yesterday's press release by MHA. Imo, TOI should retract this article.

@manuparida1 Sir, according to (8) in the yesterday's "PRESS RELEASE EXTENSION OF LOCKDOWN FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF TWO WEEKS WITH EFFECT FROM MAY 4, 2020.' by MHA, non-essential shops in markets are strictly prohibited to be opened in red zones. Does Chd. admin's stance differ on this?
