@DELHIMETRO @DCP_DelhiMetro I am at red fort metro station. It is nowhere mentioned here that sealed packed packet of gulal is not allowed in the metro nor it is being announced. However on entry I was forced to not enter inside the metro stating that gulal is not allowed.

Further why instructions are not written at the entry or inside the metro station. Is metro for inconvenience of the general public. I am being forced to pay 1000 rs in the cab when I can reach my home in 50 rs.

@OfficialDMRC @advshubham03 See this situation as well. Constant bickering with passengers with people forcing to sit on all seats and even educating us to not follow the rules. Leave alone not allowing standing passengers which is a sham to say the least. This is from Vaishali station in the morning time.

@Airtel_Presence Harrowing experience from your customer executive dept. Internet not working from yesterday (been a consistent issue for past month). Cust exec have changed schedule to attend 4 times from yesterday and no one has showed up yet.
