The only reason why epic failures and mismanagement like the Rahman concert happens in India, because of the absolute confidence that the organizers have that nothing will happen to them legally.

They won't have to answer any questions. They won't get punished. And they won't be held liable. And they will not pay a single dime.

Because our system is so screwed up.

First they will declare they will refund affected parties. But then They will say, conditions apply. And then they will apply those conditions. They will ask you to psychologically prove that you we mentally affected. Then they will ask you to walk on one leg to a particular GPS Co ordinate at the concert venue, to collect your money.

So most of us won't bother to collect it. Because we have our life.

And if someone does take an effort to file a case they will appoint a battery of lawyers to keep postponing the case for 20 years after which court will ask them to pay a fine of 20k. Which they will appeal.

So no luck there.

While all this happens, they will tweet a nice looking apology. Share a meme. And then plan the next concert which most of us will pay and go anyway.

Because we are suckers.

The artists know that. The concert guys know is as well.

The only people who don't know. Is us.

Till we convey the message with our wallet and action, this will keep happening over and over again.

The vibes were went away in a second when we asked not to enter and stopped half km before teh venue due to overcrowd..worst worst worst
