The @united travelreadycenter site has a pretty serious bug in the file upload widget. it'll timeout if the filename has more than one dot in it without alerting the user. eg: john_doe.pdf is ok but john.doe.pdf is not. the fix is likely to use lastIndexOf(".") not indexOf(".")
