Since he is now representing himself, Dr. @kizzabesigye1 has asked court to allow him to be taken to Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, so he can personally effect service of the court summons.
Lukwago is in Luzira paying dearly, all for merely saying he would serve the “untouchable first son,” descendant of the Bachwezi, and Beyoncé’s crush, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba!
The question is: Can Muhoozi stand toe-toe with Besigye, man to man?
The entire State is scared and on edge because of one unarmed man in chains!
Long live KB!
Hon Atuheire patience appreciates Bobi Wine and Barbie Kyagulanyi for their effort and love for the people of Uganda.

After a failed attempt, bystanders began to gather, the men had to fire several shots into the air to disperse the crowd before speeding off.
Police are yet to issue a statement on this.
Mason Greenwood was left stunned by the reception. He couldn't believe his eye when the fans welcomed him like that. His teammates was even happy to teach him how to do their celebration. 🔥🔥🔥🥹❤️

That we are still present and pressing on inspite of the numerous challenges is testament to God’s faithfulness.
We trust the Lord that we shall surmount all the present and future challenges.
Happy 6th anniversary NUP.
#6YearsOfNUP
Today, we mark exactly six years since we unveiled the National Unity Platform (NUP)—the political wing of the People Power movement. What a journey it has been! A journey of sacrifice, pain, and triumphs.
When we set out, may detractors said we wouldn't last a month. They called us hooligans and lumpens. They branded us a passing wave that would never amount to anything. They dismissed us and unleashed all manner of propaganda against us.
But we did not give up or give in. Today, we still stand as a potent, resilient anti-dictatorship force known world over for standing for the rights and dignity of every citizen.
We celebrate this milestone under heavy hearts, remembering our comrades who are still languishing in illegal detention, those who have been tortured, and those who have paid the ultimate price for a free Uganda. We shall never forget their sacrifice.
To the regime: our spirits have not been and will not be crushed by the extreme repression!
To the people of Uganda: do not lose hope. The setbacks we have encountered are mere phases in an intergenerational struggle. We will complete this mission.
Thank you to our leadership team, our diaspora chapters, and every Ugandan standing firm at the grassroots. The journey may be long, but freedom is inevitable.
Happy 6th Anniversary, NUP! ✊🏾🇺🇬
Watch this and you might think you're watching films about Uganda in 2026. Except that these documentaries are about Uday Hussein, Saddam Hussein's son who was known for his excessive cruelty, abuse of women, erratic behavior, and gross human rights abuses- including torture, rape, and murder. Like Museveni’s brutal son, Uday employed extreme sadism, erratic violence, and total impunity to commit severe atrocities and terror campaigns against the people, until his death in 2003. Hoping that he would succeed his father, he murdered, kidnapped and jailed opponents - often times in his private prisons and torture chambers. Today, his name lies where it truly belongs - in the dungeon of history. History does not repeat itself - only fools repeat history, because they never learn anything from it.

People who are not Baganda or Muslims are going to accuse Bobi Wine of being sectarian. Yet, if you look at the data on victims of political violence & abductions since 2019, the names are predominantly BAGANDA & MUSLIM.
Our politics is said to be non-sectarian; THE VICTIMS ARE!

Bro ali ku komando. 😂
Sadly for Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi, he is a Muganda, a Muslim, and a member of NUP. In Uganda today, each of these identities can invite hatred, brutality, and torture when one is abducted.
So imagine what happens to someone who combines all the three!
We’ve received disturbing reports alleging that Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi was tortured to near death at Kasenyi SFC military barracks and is now being hidden from the public while receiving treatment before he can be produced.
These reports cannot be dismissed lightly. Many of us have gone through similar ordeals at the hands of this regime and were deliberately hidden from the public until our wounds and the evidence of torture had faded.
While the regime keeps the country distracted with endless diversions, it’s now 10 days since our Deputy President of the Buganda region was abducted in broad daylight and since then, he has never been seen again.
Neither the police nor the army have accounted for his whereabouts.
Where is Hon Muwanga Kivumbi ?
Ugandans in the diaspora, and those who have travelled outside Uganda recently, what is Uganda currently most known for? What do people often ask about when you mention that you are from Uganda?
For four months, Dr. Lina Zedriga Waru has been acting President of our Party. During this period, she has steered the party well and kept the revolution alive. We're all very grateful for her dedication and service.
As her tenure comes to an end, I am pleased to announce that Hon. John Baptist Nambeshe, Deputy President Eastern Region, will be taking over as acting President of the National Unity Platform. I wish him well and request all leaders and comrades to accord him the necessary support.
