@bankpediaa@idesibanda
@JioCare Amazing service @JioCare. The internet is down, the wire is broken, and the only thing working flawlessly is the repeated copy-paste reply. Not a single clear answer, no timeline, no accountability. I quit. No more complaints. Customers deserve better.
@JioCare
Complaint raised on 02 Jun 2026, 12:47 PM. Today the status is still “On Hold – Technical work in progress.”
Is this the service standard of India’s largest telecom company?
@JioCare@reliancejio@TRAI@jagograhakjago@consaff
@JioCare wait days for service restoration.
Is this really the level of support expected in a city like Indore? Internet is an essential service for many of us who work from home, and such delays are completely unacceptable.
@jio_fiber@JioCare#CustomerService#Indore
@JioCare successfully restored another customer’s connection. When I requested him to fix mine as well, he said he couldn’t because the job wasn’t “assigned” to him.
So the problem is clearly identified, a technician was already present at the location, yet customers are being asked to
@JioCare Same copy-paste response from @JioCare, but still no actual resolution.
The issue is very simple: the fiber wire is broken and just needs to be reconnected by a technician. The funny part is that a Jio technician was working on the connection line directly opposite my house and
If JioFiber cannot restore internet for days in a city like Indore, what should customers in smaller towns expect?
Customers work from home, attend online meetings, and run businesses on your network. Generic replies don’t solve problems.
@JioCare@reliancejio@jagograhakjago
@JioFiber What kind of service is this?
Internet stopped working on 2/6/26 at morning. Complaint was registered with SR000037C7SH & the app showed that an engineer would visit shortly. Now,I’m informed that the visit is scheduled for 08/06/2026!
@reliancejio@nch1915@JioCare
@JioCare If Jio is unable to provide timely support even in major cities, then an apology is owed not only to me but to all customers who depend on your services across the country. This is not just one customer’s issue; it reflects a larger service quality concern affecting many users.
@JioCare Please stop repeating generic messages and provide a clear answer:
• Why is there a 6-day delay?
• What is the exact reason for not assigning an engineer earlier?
• What compensation will be provided for the service outage?
@JioCare Dear @JioCare
Are you actually reading the complaint or just posting the same template response repeatedly?
I am not asking how to reschedule a visit. I am asking why a broadband outage reported on 02 June is being attended only on 08 June in a metro city like Indore.
@JioCare I am not asking to reschedule; I am asking why a customer in a major city like Indore has to wait 6 days for internet restoration. Please escalate this issue and provide an earlier engineer visit along with a confirmed timeline.
@TRAI@jagograhakjago@consaff
@JioCare This is not an acceptable resolution. My complaint was registered on 02 June and now the visit is scheduled for 08 June, which is an unreasonable delay for a broadband outage.
@TRAI@jagograhakjago@consaff
@JioCare Plz escalate this issue to your senior support team and arrange an engineer visit within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, I will be compelled to raise this matter with consumer authorities and telecom regulators.

@jio_fiber@jagograhakjago@nch1915
@JioCare Calling a 6-day wait for a broadband repair “the earliest available appointment” is unacceptable.
This is not a remote village; this is Indore, one of India’s major cities. Customers pay for uninterrupted service, not week-long outages and responses.
@jagograhakjago@nch1915
A full 6 days without internet in Indore? Seriously; disconnected for a week in this advanced technology after paying monthly fee ?
This service is highly unacceptable. Plz explain about Interior city & Village if Indore is not serviceable.
