@etihad @EtihadHelp has now started cheating ther customers now ther team is saying that I have accepted a lower compensation when I clearly mentioned that i thought it was for 1 person. But they r still unable to explain ther earlier amount which they mailed me

@GoibiboSupport The refund is not complied with @etihad rules is should be complied by the @IATA rules which clearly states that I’m eligible for full refund

@GoibiboSupport had called ur team yesterday regarding my Kolkata Madrid flight which was cancelled by @etihad & i was promised to get a full refund of 67000 by ther team but they paid just 3748 instead so pls e mail me with the final closure amount so I can sue @EtihadHelp

@GoibiboSupport Really shameful according to @IATA rules if a single PNR return ticket is cancelled by the airlines i am eligible for a full refund how come @etihad @EtihadHelp don’t know this basic rule @airsewa_MoCA should take this scam seriously as lot of complaints r coming. It’s a big scam

@etihad @EtihadHelp on cancelling my Madrid Kolkata flight on 28 feb I was told by your team that I am eligible for full refund but instead of refunding 67000 u just have me 3748 to my agent @GoibiboSupport and they have attached a document to so what u have to say on this

@IATA @AirSewaIndia this is to highlight that @etihad cancelled lots of flight due to war and promised ther customers for a full refund but now after 7 months they r just paying us 5% of our amount is ther some big scam going @BJP4India @TimesNow pls look into this matter

@goibibo after 6 months i am getting a refund of just ₹ 3748 for 2 tickets from Madrid to Kolkata what a joke I was told by the @etihad team at Madrid airport that I am eligible for a full refund that too both ways as the flight was cancelled by ther end. Disgusting
