Thank you for the clarification.
I understand that the notification frequency is controlled by each seller's settings and that you will share the feedback with the relevant team.
However, my concern is that many sellers may not even be aware of the number of notifications being sent to their customers. Since Shiprocket works with a large number of merchants, it may be helpful for your team to proactively communicate this feedback to them or review the default notification settings.
There is certainly a need for shipment updates, but receiving too many notifications for a single order can sometimes create a poor customer experience, especially for one-time buyers. Sellers who require more frequent updates could still have the flexibility to enable them, while a less aggressive default setting may work better for most businesses.
Thank you for taking the feedback into consideration.
@ShiprocketIndia Is there a way to switch off these notifications?
I order quite a lot online, and with the number of emails being sent at various stages of the order process, my inbox is getting flooded with notifications that don't provide much value to me.
Could you please look into whether these notifications can be disabled or reduced? Also, I'm curious to know whether other customers have raised similar concerns, or if I'm the only one finding the volume of emails excessive.
Bad data isn't why most BI projects fail.
Most fail because nobody defined the decision the dashboard was supposed to support.
Build dashboards for decisions.
Not for visibility.

Zoho CRM + AI is making CRM customization faster than ever.
Create views, automate workflows, and improve productivity using natural language prompts.
The real challenge isn't adopting AI.
It's implementing it effectively.

Dear CM Rekha Gupta Ji,
The first photo is an actual picture of Karol Bagh taken by my father. Every time I see it, I feel this is one of Delhi's most iconic market streets and has the potential to become one of India's finest pedestrian shopping destinations.
I used AI to visualize what Karol Bagh could look like with underground utilities, no overhead wires, no on-street parking, cleaner walkways, better landscaping, seating areas, and a pedestrian-first design.
I genuinely believe this transformation is achievable. Under BJP's vision and your leadership, I hope we can see Karol Bagh become a cleaner, greener, safer, and world-class walking street.
Just sharing a citizen's thought and a hopeful vision for Delhi's future.
Thank you.

Your narrative conveniently ignores ground reality.
In West Bengal, people have seen years of governance under Mamta and TMC. Law and order concerns, political violence, and lack of accountability are not “hate-free governance.” Wanting change is not hate, it is democracy.
And in Tamil Nadu, under DMK, what exactly is being called “secular”? When there are repeated concerns about the selective targeting of Hindu practices and sentiments, people are right to question it. Secularism means equal respect, not selective silence.
Labeling everything as “hate” just to push a political agenda doesn’t work anymore. Voters are aware, and they will choose based on governance, fairness, and accountability, not fear narratives.
Still running on a 10–20 year old system?
It works—but it doesn't scale, integrate, or support AI. We modernize without disruption using a phased rollout and parallel runs.
Future-ready systems, zero chaos.

Cherry-picked images don’t prove anything. If you selectively show Islamabad’s best and India’s worst, the reverse can be done just as easily, and it won’t look flattering.
If you’re serious about comparisons, talk about real indicators; economy, stability, and governance. Maybe start with how loans are being repaid instead of taking more to service old ones.
Optics are easy. Reality is harder.
If your documents were lost in the 2002 riots, that’s unfortunate—but it doesn’t make you stateless. India has clear processes to reissue documents: birth certificates (via local municipal records), Aadhaar through UIDAI, and voter ID via Election Commission of India. School records, affidavits, and family documents also help rebuild identity proof.
Instead of spreading fear, use the legal options available. Millions have recovered documents after disasters—this isn’t new.
@Priyaa_Purohit The comments already show how weak this comparison is. Everyone can see it, but you seem intent on pushing a daily narrative about how great Congress was. Ironically, it’s this kind of poor argument that contributed to their decline. Try harder.
@khanumarfa It’s unfortunate you’re framing this selectively. The real issue is that women were allegedly harassed over a long period. Let the investigation conclude before drawing narratives. Accountability should be for the perpetrator—Hindu or Muslim—not reduced to identity politics.
@Apollo 24|7 Ordered emergency medicines with same-day (4 hr) delivery under your 1-year plan. Delivery kept getting delayed, then falsely marked “unreachable” & cancelled. This is unacceptable. Request refund of plan & account deletion. Poor service & support.
Priya, almost every day you try to use any situation to project Rahul Gandhi as some kind of alternative. But honestly, what has he achieved politically in the last many years? Under his leadership, the vote share and strength of Indian National Congress has steadily declined and the party is struggling across most states.
So the real question is, how can someone who couldn’t strengthen his own party be projected as the leader of a country of 1.4 billion people? Leadership is proven by results, not by social media narratives.
India absolutely needs a strong opposition, but it should be competent and ask serious questions, not just take every global crisis and spin it for political mileage. The current energy situation is affecting countries across the world, not just India.
If you truly want credibility, be realistic and balanced in your analysis. Otherwise it simply comes across as agenda-driven commentary rather than genuine journalism.
Dear Prakash Raj,
At a time when the entire world is facing an energy and gas supply disruption, not just India, it is disappointing to see you using it to mock the country and its citizens. Instead of sarcastically asking how “bhakts” will react, why don’t you also show us how your favorite places in Europe, or countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh, are handling the same crisis?
Despite the global disruption, most Indian households still have LPG cylinders and are able to cook at home, and the government is actively working through diplomatic and logistical channels to keep supplies moving. These things do not happen automatically.
The real problem is that people with privilege turn every temporary difficulty into an agenda to ridicule the government, without offering a single constructive idea or solution. If you believe you could handle such a global crisis better, tell the country what exactly you would do differently.
Before posting something and hiding behind “just asking”, at least bring facts or solutions. Social media is not a place to simply throw out sarcasm and outrage every time something goes wrong in a complex global situation.
@Priyaa_Purohit This comparison is honestly amusing. Keep dreaming. If history is any indicator, RG hasn’t exactly strengthened the alliances he’s been part of. Wishing DMK luck.
If you’re calling for a ban on Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, at least present facts and context.
For decades, RSS volunteers have been active during floods, earthquakes, riots, and especially during COVID - arranging oxygen cylinders, food distribution, plasma donation drives, cremation support, and logistical help when systems were overwhelmed.
You may disagree with its ideology, but pretending it has done nothing for society is simply dishonest.
Also, the same voices demanding a ban here have rarely been consistent about extremist or violent elements elsewhere, whether it’s Students' Federation of India, Popular Front of India, or other radical outfits. Selective outrage weakens your argument.
And just because you equate Bharatiya Janata Party with RSS to push a political agenda doesn’t mean you can show up every day making blanket accusations without evidence. If you want a serious debate, bring facts. Otherwise, empty slogans don’t help anyone.
@Swiggy
I’ve been very patient, but recent experiences show a serious lack of accountability.
Missing items
1. Several times, dinner has arrived with portions missing. The response is always the same: “Sorry for the inconvenience” and a partial refund for the missing item.
But tell me, how do you eat a meal without the curry or the bread? When a key item is missing, the entire meal is compromised, not just ₹20–30 worth of food. A full refund + service credit should be standard to restore customer confidence.
2. Delayed delivery & zero ownership
Today, I ordered breakfast from a place showing 30 minutes.
After 40 minutes, no updates, only a constantly changing ETA.
Support response? AI messages and “Here’s the agent’s number, please call them.”
So what exactly is Swiggy’s role here; just passing phone numbers with no responsibility?
The food arrived almost an hour late, by which time I had to leave for office.
Spoke to an agent → same scripted apology → promised action.
It’s been 4 hours. Nothing has happened.
3. This post is NOT for a refund
So please don’t reply asking for my order number.
I’m likely moving to @zomato, though I’m not confident things will be different there either.
What I actually want to know: from Swiggy and Zomato:
• Why give false timelines just to attract orders?
• Why celebrate “super fast delivery” when early, but take no responsibility when late?
• Why not auto-refund fully when delivery is late beyond commitment?
• Why can’t your AI understand context-that missing sambar/chutney makes a South Indian breakfast pointless?
People paying higher-than-restaurant prices are not worried about ₹20–30.
They expect reliability, honesty, and accountability.
4. Safety matters too
I’ve seen delivery partners jump signals and break traffic rules to meet unrealistic ETAs.
We do not want speed at the cost of human lives, yours or others’.4his post is feedback, not rage.
Please improve training, for AI and human agents, and balance delivery promises with real accountability.

@MasterMaliq For me, Allah is simply the name of God as understood by Muslims across the world. It represents their faith and belief system, and I respect both the religion and the people who follow it.
To those claiming Rahul Gandhi would be a “better PM”, here’s a simple question.
Give ONE concrete reason. One achievement.
Since taking charge, Congress hit its lowest tally in Parliament, lost most states, and even the states it governs struggle on governance and finances.
Statements are not leadership. Sympathy is not capability.
India needs change, yes. But change does not mean handing a growing economy to someone with no executive record, no policy ownership, and repeated political failures.
If you believe otherwise, come with facts. Not slogans.
