Not a full explanation, but I think we know why Bruxish doesn't outbreak in Paldea.

@vbbcla and I noticed from empirical data that Paldea outbreaks never appeared in areas 23-27 (Area Zero crater and the 4 Paldean seas). Bruxish is limited to East and West Paldean Seas.

@juanstoppable I'm not sure why you're excluding "iwa" spawners? That looks like it might be the difference between our maps.

I made detailed spawn location maps for every species in Pokémon Scarlet/Violet. These maps cover both Paldea and the DLC locations in Kitakami!

Here's an example for Pikachu. These maps highlight the specific spawners in Wistful Fields as well as throughout all of Kitakami.

@LeekSeller I'm not aware of anything specific for PLA, I'd be in basically the same position as you in terms of looking for it. It might exist somewhere.

@megarock_exe The spawners do work, they're just too far from land for land-based spawns to occur.

At least, that's what it looks like.

@RobbiRobbRobb @Sibuna_Switch I went by the order in paldea_scene and then I arbitrarily decided that the small areas get the highest priority, in order to match in-game observations.

If you find a discrepancy, I can amend the data to be accurate.

@megarock_exe I'm not aware of anyone seeing a Hattrem spawn. The issue seems to be that none of the Hattrem spawners are close enough to land, where Hattrem spawns.

This is the example I'm thinking of in the README - sometimes Pokemon you expect to spawn somewhere might not.

@Sibuna_Switch yea, i also spent a while trying to spawn surskits there (no encounter power) but couldn't either :) and lol @ the pokedex map, that really looks to me like it's supposed to spawn there

@Sibuna_Switch i also haven't heard of the "surface" problem before! in fact i just haven't really found anyone else researching this topic - i'm sure there's many people out there (and probably even a community) but i just haven't been able to find them :)

@Sibuna_Switch can i find more exact encounter tables like this anywhere? (or - is there a way to find these out for myself, e.g. from a rom dump? i've been looking all over the place and i've resorted to making a twitter account lmao) x
