Create a panicful enviornment at the time of boarding without listing the custome. you ground staff had fear to expose the behaviour and forcelly asked to delete video. please check the cctv footage.

They forced me delete the video of the incident to show what happen with multiple customer today at counter and instructed CSIF persona not allow me to board.
