@airtelindia no wifi since yesterday, unable to reach a human in the customer care, balance keeps getting deducted for dysfunctional service, yet you want payment on time. I don't recall agreeing to dysfunctional service in the terms and conditions when signing up.
As expected, Swiggy's "Festive Season Platform Fee" is now the default "Platform Fee". This is pure greed after all their revenue sources to make extra money for literally no extra effort.
@svembu Arattai definitely has more bugs to iron out. I just tried installing it and a received an error when I entered my number, which went away when I tried again, then error, unable to accept OTP and error when initializing. Not really off to a good start.
PSA : A logistics service without a call center is just a nightmare for resolving pickup/delivery issues. Never using @shadowfax_in ever again for any shipment.
@sony_india It was embarrassing yesterday for the sales people in Taori Nagpur as they did not even know about the existence of an app for controlling the soundbar. They were shocked claiming that the Bravia System 6 was launched in their shop, yet unadequate training given.
@ShiprocketIndia unable to reach you over email or call. Time sensitive issue. Can't even DM you. Do you have a support team (humans) ? Please reply if you do.
I'm sorry Amazon but I will not give in to paying extra fee on your platform for a purchase. You are already a profitable company and such practices are exortion. It doesn't matter if it's ₹5 or ₹1.
Are you so poor that you need this extra money?#stopthisloot#amazon#boycott
@airindia@JM_Scindia@airindia@DGCAIndia this should definitely be investigated. Massive inconvenience to all passengers travelling on a international flight. Departed from SIN at 8:30pm IST on 24th May, ETA in DEL at 2:34pm on 25th May.
AI 2383 was supposed to land in Delhi at 3am on 25th May. It got diverted due to "operational reasons" while lots of other flights landed at 3am in Delhi. After getting diverted to Amritsar, it is now finally enroute to Delhi, ETA 2:34pm.
Meanwhile 2 other Air India flights took off from Amritsar to Delhi, passengers were not allowed to board those flights.
Passengers were also forced to sit in the plane for 3 hours after landing in Amritsar. This is absolutely unacceptable from the national carrier. @airindia
