Los tramos calificables si corresponden si el vuelo que canjeas con millas es de GOL. Lo aclaran en su sitio pero el soporte que tienen es lo peor del mundo. Ni ellos se saben las reglas. En ningún viaje me los reconocieron.

hola @chicodlasmillas! ya hice varios canje de millas en Smiles por vuelos de Gol y no me reconocen los tramos calificables (las millas no corresponderían) como dice en sus reglas. Hace meses que reclamo y @SmilesOficialAR no sabe que responder. Conocés alguien en la misma?

@dzapatillas Hola! Hice una compra online de unas remeras, cuando me llegaron eran demasiado grandes y pedi un cambio de talle. Me las cambiaron, pero no era un tema de talle :S y las quise devolver. Me dijeron que como ya hice un cambio no podia pedir devolución. Es asi?
