You can try having the character leaning more forward like this and that should do it

@roappealcom Few additional points:

1. Roblox C&D Letters are handled by Pillsbury, they do not contain the Roblox logo in them.

2. The letter switches POV constantly, "Roblox demands that you.." to "Your actions are a violation of our policies".

Pillsbury are not in charge of policies.

@plasma_node ScopedIDs work as a different data type, if it happens to roll onto a user with admin powers, the game will just ignore it and wont grant any permissions.

Works like this:
User with Admin: 295737592
Scoped User: #295737592

They're different values, but it wont impact anythin

@mikvylla Hey, this happens a lot, you essentially just have to have your UGC fully inside the thumbnail, nothing of it should be out of the box.

Try using the ThumbMaker plugin, its free and should help you out temporarily whilst you find a fix for the paid versions. :)

@RETR0_STARZZ unfortunately its hard to get around it. If you uploaded a UGC that turns out to be broken or have an issue, you will have to reupload it which costs more robux to the uploader, which is why most creators don't bother unless they are rich on robux and have enough to throw away
