In no small part it is due the 1/10 of population waiting for hospital appts/surgery/investigation
It is impossible to provide more appts 1.4million a day
If you can’t see/speak to a GP it’s because someone else is

@ollieburtonmed I always find the skin is weirdly thick there, and so I end up wiggling around with variable success so now I don’t tend to bother but will generally take what I can get!
