The vendor whom they had sent were also professional. All the things were properly packed with good packaging materials and moved to my new house without any issues.

I would recommend no broker packers and movers to others as well.

Cost for break kit, timing kit and general service is whooping 42k on top of that list of non availability of parts

Unable to reschedule flight, which was auto rescheduled due to flight cancellation.

This is the first time I have tried a firmware update to the device after purchase. If there was any problem with device it is a manufacturing defect. Since from retweets I understand that the versa lite has lot of issues in firmware update. It is turning out to be my bad choice.

This must be a simple driver issue which the support team gave up as no option no warranty.
Not asking any replacement here only recovery

This is pathetic state of an market leading fitness accessory company. They simply failed in updating the firmware of a 1.5 year old versa lite and the device is bricked.
There is no contact service point.
Pathetic service.
Stay away from FitBit.
