I’ve just tried myself & dialling 0 to get through for assistance just buries you in your menus.
I had to dial 2 for personal banking and then when I tried 0 again, it just spins you back to the beginning. Not good from the uk at £1/minute

I’ve set up her new phone, but she’s forgotten all of her details as has been using biometrics to login and can’t work your call centre options

Sadly John seems to be self-employed and his company doesn’t have a social media presence, but if I was looking for ‘consultancy services’ in #Southport or whatever he does I’d go elsewhere. @facebook didn’t think there was an issue with it
