3 weeks ago i started letting claude experiment on me
setup was simple:
- 10 biomarkers auto tracked via oura & eight sleep
- 0 human input
- 100% free reign: supplement/peptide/lifestyle/etc
- 1 goal: Get REM sleep to 20%
it worked. 2 weeks in, REM hit 20% 5 nights in a row.
I hear people are vibe-coding but would you let Claude vibe-code you? I plugged OpenClaw into a CRISPR synthesizer and every morning a tiny robot injects me with experimental peptides generated overnight.
I'm on my fourth eye and seventh arm already. Very useful stuff!
@daniel_nguyenx Off the cuff guess with zero research or biology background - yawning is a mammal's reaction to low oxygen, a kind of a deep breath. Insects usually take in oxygen from tubes throughout their body. If they do yawn, it's not from the mouth - some insects don't even have mouths!
Some are saying it's not handwritten code but typed on a keyboard. They would be wrong. FFmpeg programmers actually use a very fine magnetic needle to carefully flip bits from 0 to 1 on the disk - surely that counts as handwritten!
They should make 4 paid tiers of AI coding models:
- Starter: trained on code written by $1k / mo developers
- Plus: trained on code written by $5k / mo developers
- Pro: trained on code written by $20k / mo developers
- Ultra: trained on code written by $0 / mo developers
@simonsarris It's possible that you are both an unstoppable force and an immovable object - so only invincible to damage from external forces, not your own.
@GregMolnar@DenLoginoff On the other hand Android contenders like the Pixel or Xiami Pad series have been impressive. I hope the new CEO turns Apple around - I never used their products, but they raised the quality of everyone else.
And of course more modular & open-source products from small producers!
@DenLoginoff@GregMolnar There's no way any other OS would utilize Apple's hardware as well though, right? Whether it's because Apple is so good at making an OS, or because their garden's wall is so high.
@GregMolnar It will raise the floor - which I think is mostly a good thing. It may also limit the ceiling in some ways we don't yet realize. At this point the ceiling is so high up that this may turn out to be a good thing too.
@levelsio It's completely true. My extension has access to all data on all websites - I've been offered thousands of $ / mo to sell users' data. If you know anything about code (or if you don't), it's safer to make your own. Someday the dev behind your favorite extension may sell you out.

This is a Poland appreciation post π΅π±
Hope to see the beta soon. I haven't followed on the latest changes but it was pretty fun when it came out! I made a kanban board with no build step: https://t.co/Ri7YITMgzp
(no, it's not really meant to be used like this)
