I've been saying for several years that 'our elections aren't real'.

Given what I know now, I'm going to amend this language.

Listen carefully to what I say next, how I phrase this:

"Our elections are not LEGAL. They haven't been carried out in accordance with the LAW [both federal and state] for DECADES."

I'm not saying elections aren't being HELD.

I'm saying because the federal/state election laws have not been ENFORCED, and the federal/state officials have been leaving the door WIDE OPEN to fraud so they can manipulate the results how they see fit, the elections held in most states and big counties were not being LEGALLY conducted.

If you deliberately do not enforce the law on only citizens voting. You've spent decades knowingly counting ballots from non-citizens.

If you have been deliberately counting ballots that just 'showed up' on the wrong paper, no chain of custody.

If you have been deliberately providing illegals with vote registration forms and signing them up to vote.

Read carefully and fully understand this next statement, because the ENTIRE COUNTRY is about to get a concrete object lesson on this:

AN ELECTION HELD IN A KNOWINGLY ILLEGAL MANNER IN DIRECT CONTRAVENTION OF STATE AND FEDERAL ELECTION LAWS **CANNOT** BE LEGALLY **CERTIFIED**.

You may **claim** that you legally certified that election in which you **knowingly** allowed thousands n' thousands of illegals to vot in your state.

You can hop up and down like an organ grinder's monkey and **loudly insist** you had the **authority** to certify that election and make the results **100% legal for all time**.

But you're BLUFFING.

You're merely BLUFFING.

The **law** says what it says. No matter how much of a tantrum you throw.

The **law** says that election is INVALID. The **law** says at the time you claimed you 'legally certified' the election results, those results were in fact **inadmissible**.

You **fooled** everybody. You **loudly** and very **publicly** CLAIMED that you did something that you could not, in fact, do.

You claimed you had LEGALLY certified ballots that were by their NATURE **uncertifiable**. And then you included those uncertifiable ballots in the state's election results so you could DECLARE JOE BIDEN THE WINNER.

You committed a serious FEDERAL FELONY.

And your BLUFF is about to get called.

Own the billboard in Mexico advertising Texas birth packages for $3,950. Own the C-section upgrade for $5,525. Own the website literally called havemybabyinTEXAS .com. Own the fact that your sacred little constitutional doctrine got turned into a product ... packaged, priced, and sold across the fucking border like it was nothing.

No more hiding behind law school word salad. No more pretending the consequences are theoretical. No more sneering that critics are hysterical when the incentive is hanging over a Mexican highway in giant fucking letters for everyone to see.

Trump just gave you pricks a choice.

Revisit the disaster you helped create ... or put your names on the wreckage.

If you truly believe American citizenship is nothing more than the right patch of dirt, no matter how openly people are gaming it, then say it out loud. Tell the country you have no power and no interest in stopping a market from forming around strategic childbirth on U.S. soil. Say the billboard changes nothing. Say the price list is irrelevant. Say the website is just a funny coincidence.

But own it. All of it.

Because once your theory turns into an actual business model with advertising and pricing, the cute little academic abstractions die screaming. This isn’t a classroom debate anymore. It’s a product being sold.

Trump took the shot. Now the Court can either take the off-ramp or double the fuck down.

Just don’t stand there and lie to everyone’s face by pretending nobody saw this coming.
