@gnavas103 This version of the Heat might be the Philadelphia Eagles of the NBA. They did well the year before, won early in the season, will make it to the playoffs and then flame out. All while everyone sees the issues while some still point to previous success.
@drewzyxo@coachgeo_ Thing is, the team had a better record without him. Norm, Duncan, and Kyle were better without him. He has to be hidden on defense, and the offense has to be built around him. He can score points, but when he does, everyone else’s roles are diminished. He’s not a multiplier.
@drewzyxo@coachgeo_@iBeFrankyG If you think that winning 40 games a year is winning then I get the disconnect. The Heat wants to compete for titles, not the play in. Guy wants money that won’t allow the team to build a championship level roster. If he’d be happy with Norm money then everyone would be happy.
@Lauzin Michigan, Wisconsin, and PA get you there without the south. The southern politician advocates for the importance of the south because his income is dependent on his importance.
@iBeFrankyG@mph_824_ And how do NBA teams where Dillon Brooks play do? That’s apple to oranges though. You send out Ware and Niko and now Spo forces Bam to play C and what, Portis is your PF? Gonna play 6-5 wing (Keshad) at the 4 and be an undersized team even with Giannis with Norm and Devion? 🤮
@5ReasonsSports Are the heat exploring trades with OKC? Say 12 17 and 40 million in unwanted salary for 13 and wiggins? Something where we can give them a contributor and cap relief for a swap and 17?
