Pyramid structure exists in every organisation including banks, if we compare salaries and parks upto scale 3 rather scale 5 PSB officers are better placed than their private sector counterparts but there is huge disparity in executive class…PLI is just one step to narrow this difference

Union should demand better PLI for officers up to scale 3 but trying to stop PLI for scale 4 and above was a disastrous step and they will definitely pay for this
