VIDEO | Delhi: On the Supreme Court hearing over alleged irregularities in CBSE’s OSM evaluation process, advocate for the petitioner Laxmi Kant Shukla says, “In our petition, we highlighted alleged irregularities in the OSM method used by CBSE to evaluate Class 12 answer sheets and sought appropriate relief. Many students have already appeared for entrance examinations for other streams but are facing admission difficulties because of lower CBSE marks. During the hearing, the Solicitor General, appearing for the Union of India, assured the Court that a reply would be filed and efforts would be made to resolve the issue. The matter has now been listed for next Friday. We have full faith in the Court and the judicial system and hope that the students and their parents will receive much-needed relief.”
