उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के अपने विधायक अगर घूस लेते पकड़े जा रहे हैं, तो इससे ज्यादा शर्मनाक और क्या हो सकता है?

आखिर विकास के नाम पर चल रहे कामों में भ्रष्टाचार और कमीशनखोरी के आर��प कब तक लगते रहेंगे? अगर 40% कमीशन जैसी बातें सामने आ रही हैं, तो सरकार को इसका जवाब देना चाहिए और निष्पक्ष जांच करानी चाहिए।

सवाल सिर्फ एक विधायक का नहीं है, सवाल उस पूरी व्यवस्था का है जिसमें आम आदमी के लिए नियम और कानून सख्त दिखाई देते हैं, लेकिन सत्त�� और राजनीति से जुड़े लोगों पर कार्रवाई का सवाल आते ही व्यवस्था कमजोर पड़ती नजर आती है।

कानून सबके लिए बराबर होना चाहिए—आम जनता के लिए भी और नेताओं के लिए भी। अगर कोई जनप्रतिनिधि भ्रष्टाचार में दोषी पाया जाता है, तो उसके खिलाफ कानून के मुताबिक सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

VIDEO | Delhi: AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj alleges major land violations in connection with the Satya Niketan building collapse. "If this hostel, which Anil Sharma claims belongs to him or his family, is legal, then its building sanction plan must be approved by the MCD. That building spans around 400 to 500 square yards, while the building sanction plan is for only about 230 square yards because they own only 230 square yards of land, and they could cover only 75 per cent of it. Only 144 square metres could be constructed as covered area. The registry attached to it is also for 230 square yards. The land documents attached to this master plan are for 230 square yards, and even within those 230 square yards, the property type specified in the registry is residential. This means you cannot use it for a commercial purpose like a hostel. There are three violations here. The architect who uploaded this map should be sent to jail. Whoever constructed this building on the basis of this conveyance deed should go to jail as well. And the government must recover all the rent collected from those who are collecting rent here, because according to this deed, such a large building could never have been constructed. This is also a complete violation of the building plan."
