It's always interesting to get a perspective from beyond the Anglosphere - surprisingly rare in British media given how global F1 is supposed to be. Lots of English-speaking journos and pundits seem quite pally with Ricciardo...

F1 currently has teams that:
* Can't score a point because of badly designed wheel nuts
* Can't compete because it had to make its car too heavy to pass a crash test
* Can't guarantee it can run two cars in any given race

...But it cannot allow an 11th team because...?

The only solution to team name confusion is to revert back to the names they used when I first started watching F1 in 1996, which is the only truth.

AlphaTauri/RB = Minardi
Kick/Stake = Sauber
Mercedes = Tyrrell

And best of all, Red Bull Racing don't exist.

@Scott_Joslin The camera is stationery. Each individual photo is a thin vertical slice showing the finish line. The image is made up of these these photos being lined up in time order, so it shows what was at the finish line as time went on....
