I would turn my brain on. I would stop thinking wishfully, would do my best to cash it out without loosing third on transactions and swap taxes and then I would landed me back to reality. With 8-9M it's not such a bad reality version. That's how I would do it IRL. You can do 10x with smaller money, possibly in the process losing even more than that 10x position did. Best case scenario I hope I would find balls big enough to buy BTC. Maybe. It would be legendary stressful. I hope I would. But no creature with brains at this point of the cycle would take such a risk with 10M in crypto casino. If you have 10M for casino means you don't even care about money. And if you don't care means you have higher IQ than some happy retard dude with no effective reality connection who would think about chasing 100M in crypto having 10M. Chasing 10x with millions is a fantasy tale for keyboard knights with no personally earned money. So I would just go on with my live and stay real. That's how I would do it :)
