A cassava processing factory proprietor was able to have the energy minister visit his plant,he was able to tell her about the unreliable power supply, she ordered the factory be put on a special line, Madam Minister all Regional Referral hospitals need to be put on special lines,the number of babies that die in the NICU because of power outages should be more alarming than the amount of money Mr Magoola spends on fuel to run his factory. The number of patients that are not able to receive surgical procedures in time because of power outages countrywide are many. Saving the lives of Ugandans who are the tax players should be government's priority.
