Just returned a rental to @Budget on Gibson and was told to vacuum it or be charged the pet cleaning fee. No pet was in the car, but floor mat fuzz means there was? Maybe tell people “pet cleaning fee” is charged for ANY hair or fuzz found in the car regardless of origin. 🤷‍♀️👎🏻
