A visitor who joined us for a tour last year took a bottle of our Velfrey NV over to their family in San Francisco to enjoy over Christmas & thought it could do with a little sightseeing trip!

It was another fantastic year hosted by the fabulous Llanerch Hotel and the judges had the tough job of tasting a whopping 73 wines in total.

We are very proud to announce that on Friday evening our Velfrey non-vintage won the best sparkling white wine category at the Welsh Wine Awards! 🥂

Introducing our 2020 vintage sparkling white wine 🥂

Made from a blend of Seyval Blanc & Pinot Noir. Aged for 36 months on the lees with 6 g/l dosage. It has notes of orange blossom, white fruits, honeyed pastries a hint of spice. A perfect sparkling for any celebration.
