@CricklewoodMum @willnorman You forgot: school gets bollards, drivers still stop on bollards; bollards need moving further into road; drivers still try to stop on narrowed road. Gridlock. Beeping outside nursery. Blame the bollards! Blame the council! Blame the kids! Blame everyone, except drivers!

Beautifully calm and quiet this week on the roads, every morning. School Streets not just for the school they’re by: if implemented across neighbouring areas you’d create a network of non-driving school runs through whole towns and cities. 30% of cars in London! It’s madness.
