Yesterday I had the best train journey ever in my history of UK train travel while using a wheelchair, all thanks to @TPExpressTrains & their wonderful staff. First time ever travelling with no ramp problems or access disasters. Train was clean & comfy too. I'm so happy!

@DoctorMayJay @DWP The DWP assessor was a GP. I had consultant support & evidence, my mum was present, I was too ill to sit up in bed. I was declared fit to work. Discovered that their doctor had claimed that I'd been running around the room while he was there. How can that man live with himself?

.@Iberia I filed a claim for a refund using your online form. Your (only) reply acknowledged receipt and promised resolution in 20 days. That was 2 months ago. But there is no way to for me to pursue once that form has been marked 'received'. Now I have to resort to social media!

Help required! Debit card blocked for 'suspicious activity'. Phone number for this does not connect. Ever. @RoyalBank 'help' tells me to just call the number... 2 weeks now with no card (stuck in unpaid hostel) @royalbank says again "call this number". Disconnected. AAARGGH!!

@British_Airways Went to that online page, it says I must phone. Answer machine says no calls just now. Please give me online access to getting a refund. Also need to cancel disability assistance booking.

@OneNightStanzas Tax people for helping breeding colleagues to take their kids to the dentist/ leave early for the school run/ get their time off during school holidays? If we're monetising it all, does that mean non-breeders will now get a refund on un-used maternity leave..? Ok then, tax me :-)

@asda Perhaps review your staff training? This month's supply of soya milk has been replaced with cow milk. I'm allergic to dairy & can't get to shops! Please teach/ encourage to substitute LIKE with LIKE. Feedback forms have had no effect so far, hence Twitter.

Festive revelations! The humiliating ableism & inaccessible hell of Uni is not something for me to just live with/ write about, but to STUDY! There may actually be supportive unconventional access to MSc (then PhD) to study with people who enable & enlighten instead of mocking.

If only there was access to a Phd topic to empower me to combine all this knowledge...
