Dispatcher just got into a heated argument with another driver that wasn’t supposed to be the 163T, telling her she had to take us. 1020pm 163T driver is still on break. Great service all around. Irate passengers and irate drivers.

@NJTRANSIT 2 nights in a row and you can’t get a bus on time after 10pm way past rush hour. I just lost a ticket with a one hour timer because you can’t come close to your scheduled times. This is why people won’t come back into the office regularly.

@VerizonSupport It tells me I need to subscribe for the service, which I had done back in August. This has been confirmed every time I’ve called for support and was told a ticket to fix it has been entered.

@verizonfios 5 yr customer and just renewed my contract after it expired. As soon as I did, my online Red Zone subscription is mistakenly removed from my account. I call for a fix, and after an hour on the phone, I am told it will be fixed. I never hear back.
