Wrong question.

The competitive battlefield is no longer model quality.

2/ Foundation models are commoditizing fast.

What enterprises can't solve:

→ moving beyond isolated pilots

This is the AI Implementation Gap.

3/ Three phases of AI maturity:

Phase 1 → Model innovation (mostly done)
Phase 2 → Deployment & services (now)
Phase 3 → Control & governance (next)

Most companies are still in Phase 2.
