But trust me, many of them won’t leave, and when and if war breaks out, they’ll be making emotional and/or taunting videos about India not rescuing them. Then special IAF flights, along with a minister, will go to pick them up. They’ll be received in Delhi/Mumbai by another minister, who will welcome them a rose and a namaste.

Thereafter, many of them will complain in the media about how they weren’t given a seat on the plane en route to India, no snacks were provided, and that instead of arranging special flights to take them from Mumbai/Delhi to their homes, they were sent in state transport buses.

MY QUESTIONS on the Supreme Court’s Revised Order Regarding Stray Dogs

1.
The Supreme Court has ruled that dogs must be vaccinated and dewormed, and then released back into the same localities where they were picked up from.

My Questions:

How exactly does a dog’s vaccination certificate protect a child from being bitten ,mauled or killed on the street?

Are dogs expected to carefully read their medical file before deciding whether to bite or not?

Does a rabies shot suddenly switch off both the hunger and the primal hunting instinct of dogs ?

If deworming is the solution, was worm infestation the main reason, why children were being attacked or killed all these years?

2.
Rabid or aggressive dogs must not be released, said the Supreme Court.

My Questions:

Do we have the infrastructure, manpower, and monies to test crores of street dogs for rabies?

Who will track and record the mental health profile of each dog ?— Will there be psychiatrists provided ?

Will something be created to measure the aggressiveness in dogs? If so who will be the one to decide which dog is how aggressive and on what basis ? Or will there be a committee?

Will police teams be constituted to investigate the status and aggressiveness ?

Suppose a dog attacks one moment , but wags its tail in the next moment — is it aggressive or friendly?

Will a committee of lawyers, dog lovers, veterinarians and dog psychiatrists sit together to decide the emotional mood swings of each of the dogs?

would thousands of special courts be formed to examine every accused dog before deciding whether to leave it back in it’s place or to do whatever with it ?

3.
Supreme Court says , Feeding dogs in public places is prohibited. Feeding must only be done in designated areas.

My Questions:

Who decides the “designated areas”? and on what basis ?

How will strays know about these designated areas? — Will specially designed Google Maps for dogs provide them directions?

Which department will monitor feeding the dogs in thousands of cities , towns and villages? Municipal officials? Police? Or a new force called the “DOG POLICE”?

How does one prevent the migration of dogs from one locality to another, when even state borders can’t stop humans?

MY FINAL QUESTION

How come there’s no mention of the dog attack victims , including that of even children being killed ?

I sincerely hope the honourable Supreme Court will take this into consideration before passing the final order

All you Dog lovers are shouting hoarse about injustice to dogs regarding the Supreme Court’s order. But where were they when a four-year-old child was brutally killed in broad daylight on the streets ..Likewise thousands get attacked every year

Where was your compassion then? Or is compassion reserved only for those with wagging tails while dead children don’t count?

And yes, there is nothing wrong with loving dogs. I love them too. But love your dogs in your own homes, in your luxury bungalows , in your manicured lawns. Love your imported Labradors, your pedigreed Huskies, your high-breed pets bought from breeders and hire staff to look after them

But the truth is this: the dog menace does not exist in your lavish villas. It prowls in the streets and slums. It stalks the alleys where the poor live, where children play barefoot, where no gates or fences protect them. While the privileged stroke their glossy pets, the powerless are left to tend to the wounded and bury their loved ones .

You talk about dog rights. Fine. But what about the child’s rights? The right to live. The right of his parents to see him grow. Do those rights vanish because you love dogs ? Do those rights matter less than your Instagram photos of you cuddling your own pedigreed pets?

Here is the truth you don’t want to hear: compassion without balance is injustice . If you truly love dogs, then adopt them, feed them, and protect them in your secure homes. Or force the government to come up with solutions . But don’t burden the streets with your love , where it turns into the death of someone else’s child.

The poor should not pay with their blood for the sentimental indulgence of the rich.

And realise this truth that a society that values the life of a stray dog over the life of a child has already lost its humanity.

A former finance minister planted cauliflower in his balcony to claim 'farm income'. Every politician, babu, actor, his driver and maid is an agriculturalist today.

Agricultural income is non-taxable with no upper limit. Why?

Nobody is saying tax small farmers. If you can have slabs for salaried income, have one for agriculture income too. Only rich farmers pay their "fair share" of tax.

Nobody wants to point out the obvious immorality of the system, where the people making up the rules have exempted their own incomes and devised ways of avoiding any scrutiny, while their chamchas are lecturing middle class people who are being squeezed to no end year after year.

Let the corrupt politician and babu pay his "fair share" of taxes, and we will talk about "middle class morality" after that.

News is trickling in as to what happened in UP during the voting all of you should know

1. All Muslim voters were given a guarantee card signed by Rahul Gandhi that they would be given Rs 1 Lakh after the voting results . This was distributed by Congress/SP karyakartas. This explains how a person like Rajnath Singh won Luchnow constituency by just 75000 votes where his margin was expected to be more than 5 Lakh votes. Even PM won by just 1.5 Lakh votes wher he was expected to win by 10 Lakh votes and at one time during counting he was trailing by 6200 odd votes
By contrast Pappu won by 2.5 lakh votes in Rae Bareill y and Smriti Irani lost as did the BJP candidate in Ayoddhya . This diabolical plan was directed from abroad . Yesterday , there were long queues in lucknow of burqua clad women demanding the one lakh.

2. EC badly screwed up in another aspect . The poll booth Mitros who were appointed to tell voters which booth they should go to did not inform the voters and hence many could not find their name in the booth they went to . These mitros were bribed. This explains the lower than expected turnout. Many voters just did not go to the booths as they did not receive the slips in time on polling day
3. The lower caste voters amongst Hindus ( Dalits etc)were given a printed copy of first page of constitution with Ambedkar’s photo showing them that this guarantees them reservation which the BJP would change if they voted for BJP and they would be denied their benefits . The
Poor illiterate voters acted on this basis and voted against BJP

All this was discussed in BJP’s meeting yesterday . Yogi and BJP central leaders were stunned at the revelations. Action will follow as yogi ji is determined to address each finding discussed in the meeting.
