3/3 expecting comms to be sent on FB/ Whatsapp. The Delhi office has been very warm and agreed to process his CGHS card if info is passed by Mumbai. But this #heartless #inefficient #bureaucracy means we have to bear expensive treatments. #shame @mansukhmandviya
