🚨 Bira 91 founder Ankur Jain has reached settlement with lenders, will exit the company as a part of the deal.

- As part of the settlement involving nearly 30 stakeholders, Jain and his family will step down from the board and all executive positions with immediate effect.

- Both sides have agreed to withdraw all claims and litigation against each other.

- The personal guarantees Jain had provided over the years for corporate loans will also be released.
