@HDFC_Bank what is your SOP for credit card auto-pay (smart pay) set from the mobile app. My credit card was supposed to be paid on 8th May via smartpay. It is not paid yet. The app doesn’t allow cancellation of the mandate too. Who is responsible if the due date is passed?

This happens to be the operating model. Kartakartas put up the banners, BMC leaves them till the actual ‘event’, after the event is done BMC Trucks remove the banners and dispose it. Karyakartas have to worry only about putting up the banners. Removal is taken care by taxpayers.
