My Mom’s Strategy to Avoid Knee & Hip Replacements
I started coaching her at age 64 and she is now 72. She does this as part of a well-rounded routine of short and simple workouts, and I post all the exercises on my page, with step-by-step progressions.
Weak and stiff quads/knees and glutes/hips are the major strength and flexibility factors for knee and hip replacement.
Pretty awesome that everyone can access possibly the single most smooth and effective exercise to help handle all those points!
The mistake of “no knees over toes” prevented some of the best solutions from becoming common knowledge. Knee over toes = more pressure on knee, but long-term research now shows the truth: ABILITY with knee over toes = greater protection and longevity. This progression helps put you in control of these factors, at your level, without pain.
I teach everything I know for free here, and for further help with my ATG Basics program ($19 to $99 a month): https://t.co/hTLLgOMSrh
When bounding, focus on:
✅ Active foot strike: Don't just land, attack the ground.
✅ Knee drive: Punch that lead knee up and forward.
✅ Powerful arms: Your arms drive your legs—use them!
Why do Many Western countries Envy Everyday Life in India
Because what is luxury in America or Europe, is basic, affordable and accessible in India.
1. Daily newspaper at your doorstep by 7 AM — not a paid luxury, just routine.
2. 300+ TV channels for just ₹500/- month + low-cost OTT — entertainment doesn’t empty wallets.
3. Nationwide high-speed 5G for ~₹300/- month — world’s cheapest data at massive scale.
4. World-class airports across major cities — clean, modern, fast-growing.
5. 10 - 20 minutes groceries and essentials — convenience unmatched globally.
6. Doctors available without long waiting lists — consult same day, often without appointments.
7. Home sample collection and diagnostic tests at low prices — health is accessible.
8. Doorstep laundry/ ironing services at pocket-friendly rates — luxury abroad, normal here.
9. Affordable domestic help — maids, cooks, drivers, and childcare support — making life easier.
10. Fresh milk delivery every morning at 5 AM — straight to your door.
11. Free water at restaurants + cheap bottled water everywhere — not charged for basics.
12. UPI payments anywhere, even for ₹5 — instant, universal, digital-first economy.
13. No litigation-fear culture — relatives don't sue each other over minor issues.
14. A calmer life if you avoid the material rat race — community warmth over cut-throat hustle.
15. Affordable schooling for children and no fear of blind gun rages
16. Modest weather, rarest earthquake, hurricane or heat stroke fear
India isn’t perfect — it might not be clean everywhere but it is wonderfully livable.
Affordable. Convenient. Connected. Human.
India is not just a country — it is a comfort living. You grow spiritually.
Size and diversity of country offers so much to visit places.
This is our own country - our Land.
I ❤️ my India 🇮🇳🙏
Which is the best out Gyaan, Bhakti and Karma?
Question - Gurudev, Knowledge, devotion, and action, which of these is the greatest? And as we age, should our focus on these change?
@Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji - Knowledge, devotion, and action are not separate. Let me give you an example: You like a car. Knowing what a car is, is knowledge (Jnana). Liking that car is devotion (Bhakti). If you know about it, like it, and then go to where it is available to purchase and drive it, that is action (Karma).
How can you desire or love something without knowing about it? It is not possible. Knowing is the path of knowledge, loving it is the path of devotion, and working for it is the path of action.
They seem different, but they are like the three legs of a single chair. If you pull one, the others will come along too. So, learn to appreciate and love; that is all that is necessary.

Constipation isn't a fiber deficiency. It's a fat deficiency. A salt deficiency. A "you've been given the wrong advice for 30 years" deficiency.
Here's what's actually happening:
No fat = no movement.Animal fat stimulates bile production. Bile triggers peristalsis — the wave that moves everything through. Remove the fat and the colon slows down. Food dries out. Stool hardens. The low-fat diet didn't just make you hungry. It broke your plumbing.
No salt = no water in the colon. The large intestine reabsorbs water via sodium-potassium pumps. Low salt diet = body hoards sodium = pulls maximum water from stool. Result: dry, hard, "rabbit pellet" stool that goes nowhere. The low-sodium advice your doctor gave you made your constipation worse. Not better.
More fiber = more problems.Fiber increases bulk, stretches the colon walls, disrupts mechanoreceptor sensitivity. Mechanically damages the mucosal lining causing chronic micro-inflammation. Creates fermentation, gas, and bloating. Can actually slow peristalsis and cause stagnation. The "eat more fiber" prescription is making IBS patients sicker. The fiber industry knows this. Your gastroenterologist keeps prescribing it anyway.
What the colon actually needs:The large intestine has one job — reabsorb water, electrolytes, and compact waste. It doesn't need roughage to do that. It needs fat. It needs salt. It needs real food.
The actual protocol:— Animal fat at every meal. Meat, fish, eggs, butter. — Salt to taste. No artificial restriction. — Water when thirsty. Not by schedule.
No psyllium husk. No green smoothies. No "colon cleanses." No fiber supplements. No laxative dependency.
Just the food your colon was built to process.
The gut doesn't need cleaning. It needs feeding correctly.
Not medical advice.
AGE IS NOT IN OUR DNA
Most of what we’ve been told about aging… is a story.
A story we’ve believed so deeply, it feels real.
A story designed to control our perception of life itself.
Ageing is not a law of nature.
It is a program of the mind.
A belief. A limitation we’ve accepted without question.
Our DNA… does not carry “age”.
It does not dictate when our bodies will fail.
It only carries life, regeneration, and potential.
Our bodies are constantly renewing themselves.
Even in older people, even in bodies that feel heavy or tired, life is still flowing.
• The skin regenerates every 3 months.
• The blood renews every 6 months.
• The lungs refresh every year.
• The liver heals in 18 months.
• The brain completely renews itself every 3 years.
• The skeleton is renewed fully every 10 years.
• Every muscle and tissue regenerates in 15 years.
• Even our personality transforms every 7 years.
We are designed to regenerate.
Yet we often sabotage this process.
Negative thinking.
Unresolved emotions.
Beliefs about “growing old” and “normal life.”
These are the true limits.
Not the passage of years.
Not the so-called “disease of old age”.
We die when we stop believing in life.
When our hearts, minds, and spirits contract.
When fear, resentment, and grief dominate our inner world.
If we choose differently, the rules change.
If we embrace life fully, the body follows.
If we release the past, the body thrives.
If we nourish ourselves with clean air, water, food, and thoughts,
the body will respond with vitality.
Healing is not just physical.
It is emotional, mental, and spiritual.
It is a conscious practice.
A daily choice.
The aging program is in the mind.
It was planted by culture, society, the collective.
We were taught that bodies wear out.
We were taught that life has an expiration date.
But the truth is: life is eternal.
The body is a vessel of consciousness.
And consciousness is limitless.
Time is a construct.
Fear of death is a story.
Regeneration is natural.
Vibrational alignment is key.
To age is optional.
To decay is optional.
To thrive is a choice.
Every thought you hold about yourself matters.
Every belief about your body, mind, and life
creates the reality you live in.
You are not bound by years.
You are not bound by DNA.
You are bound only by your perception.
Walk gently with yourself.
Release the weight of inherited beliefs.
Heal the emotional patterns that contract life.
Elevate your vibration.
The body will follow the mind.
The mind will follow the spirit.
The spirit is eternal.
Your life can be renewed again and again.
Not in fragments.
Not partially.
But fully.
Live as though you are ageless.
Think as though you are limitless.
Feel as though life is infinite.
Your DNA is not a prison.
It is a canvas.
A reflection of the choices you make.
A mirror of your consciousness
And when you awaken to this truth,
you will see that the years never mattered.
The only thing that matters is the flow of life inside you.
