Disappointed with @SamsungIndia. My pre-booked S25 Ultra (12GB/512GB), worth ₹1.4L, has become unusable following the latest official software update.
The update caused immediate motherboard overheating and a continuous restart loop. There is absolutely no physical or liquid damage to the device. Despite this being a software-induced hardware failure, the service center is asking for ₹52,000 for a replacement as the device is 2 months out of warranty.
As a loyal user who moved from an S22 Ultra (which used for 3 years), I expected better durability and accountability. A flagship motherboard should not fail in 1.2 years due to a manufacturer update. Is this the durability of the motherboard provided in your flagship phones?
Attaching the video evidence of the continuous restarting issue here. I request an urgent resolution and an investigation into this matter.

@adharsh129@SamsungIndia Same situation happened to me. I used an iPhone 12 for 3 years without issues. Then I switched to a Samsung Z Flip 6. After just 1 year, right after warranty ended, the display suddenly failed without any damage. Service center asked ₹24,000 for replacement.
