This is wrong. The State will never change; the type of people who seek to run it are by default the worst characters. The only thing that can be done is remove the power to create money from the State by billions of people adopting Bitcoin. Then all power reverts to the people.

ATTN (especially nostr client devs): I made an API endpoint that you can use to generate bolt11 invoices from LNURLs and Lightning Addresses. Use at your own risk. I'm on free hosting so not sure what will happen if you start blasting this endpoint. 😂

Static QR codes are great but they aren't ideal for all environments.

Whenever possible a static QR code should be represented by a human readable static text identifier.

This also allows users without camera phones to also make payments.
