🦷 World Oral Health Day 2026 | Bokaro District
(14th March – 14th April 2026)

A series of oral health screening and awareness activities were carried out across multiple locations, focusing on preventive care and community outreach.

Key interventions:

• Clinical oral examination of healthcare workers at CHC Chandankiyari
• 67 individuals screened at Chinmaya Vidyalaya
• Camp at Bhojudih Middle School in collaboration with RBSK team of CHC Chandankiyari
• Outreach services at Old Age Home, Chandankiyari

Focus areas included early detection, oral hygiene education and awareness on tobacco-related risks

This initiative reinforces the importance of integrating oral health into primary healthcare delivery and community-based prevention strategies.
