Ola s1x plus battery warranty 3years

Hi @OlaElectric, @ola_supports I need help with a concerning issue.
My Ola S1X Plus (delivered Jan 2024) refused to charge after sitting unused for ~25 days with 28% battery. Service team now says the battery is dead and out of warranty — due to customer negligence.

5/ This affects many EV users who travel or don’t ride daily. If this is how Ola handles warranty cases, people deserve to know before buying.
