@DanWetzel@CollegeGameDay@PeteThamel At least take the time to learn what the injunction actually says. It’s sad to see ESPN paying an uninformed journalist to spew nonsense.
@GetUpESPN@JRodgers11 This guy is spewing nonsense. The judge ruled that the NCAA didn’t follow its own protocol for reinstatement. In doing so, it deprived Sorsby of a required appeal process. The NCAA rules say that he becomes ineligible with a required appeal.
@HGeorgeson33400@natsfanjack@iamjohnoliver The exact profundity I expected from a MAGAT. What will you do when he dies? Where will your next personality come from? Will you ever learn basic English?
@b1llre1ch@Techtonicus1@RossDellenger@YahooSports The NCAA violated their own rules by not following procedure. Whether an alcoholic would keep their job would depend on the contract signed. There is a burden to demonstrate the harm for an injunction, as opposed to a civil matter to be decided for damages after the fact.
@DanWetzel@espn Uninformed take. The injunction was based on the failure of the NCAA to follow their own rules. They failed to provide Sorsby the opportunity for a reinstatement process. They can amend their rules to require stricter punishments. I hope you don’t do this for a living.
@GageGuriel87@KevinAdams26 Got the leftover picks at OT. Honestly could have traded down for him. With so many picks, you’d think we could be aggressive and trade up. Content with mediocrity I guess
