@BitGold2Bitcoin@RealMassguy The actual killer is behind bars. You cannot explain away his DNA 🧬 being on the sheath of a knife he was proved to have purchased along with said sheath. He plead guilty because he’s fucking guilty. You do realise people who are guilty plead guilty as well right?
@RealMassguy@Extd_utterance He took a fucking plea deal because he knew they had him. He admitted it!!! Good lord. When people tell you who they are BELIEVE THEM!!!

Today would have been Jax Gratton’s 35th birthday. She should be here celebrating with her family, friends, and the people she loved.
Jax left her apartment in the 4200 block of East Iliff Avenue, Denver CO, with a man who Lakewood Police have interviewed. According to his own account:
He says he left Jax alone that night while she was unconscious and vomiting.
He says that when he returned to the office where he’d left her, she was gone.
Jax was later found with no shoes, no glasses, and no phone - lying dead in a narrow gap between the building she was in and a neighbouring building.
She had been dead for 52 days.
52 days without her mother.
52 days without her sister.
52 days without her friends.
The man told police he had been in a relationship with Jax for 3.5 years. But Jax never mentioned him to her family - leaving big questions about who he really was in her life.
Do you know a man who may have been involved with Jax, even in a casual way?
Contact Lakewood PD on 303-763-6800, or reach out to us privately if you don’t feel comfortable going directly to police - we'll pass it on.
We reached out to Lakewood PD for a statement, they said:
“We are actively investigating this case [and] are absolutely seeking the public’s assistance on this case. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call our tipline at 303-763-6800. The goal has always been and continues to be to find justice for Jax and her family and friends.”
Every detail matters. Even the smallest piece of information could help build a clearer picture of Jax’s life and what happened to her.
Happy heavenly birthday, Jax. We won’t let you down.

34 years ago today, 21-year-old Anita Byington went out for a night with friends in Austin, Texas. She never came home. That night, Anita was murdered. She will be forever 21.
Anita was the only child of Sarah and Alfredo Byington. She was caring and generous, and felt deeply for people who were poor, discriminated against, or sick.
Andre Causey confessed to killing Anita – twice. He told police that he and his friend (and future brother-in-law) Bobby Harrell killed her in a drug deal gone wrong. Kevin Harris had taken Anita to her death that night, and ran when Causey and Harrell attacked her. Anita wasn’t a drug user. Harris was. Causey was. Harrell was.
Causey was tried, convicted, and sent to prison. For three decades, Anita’s family at least had the small comfort of knowing he was behind bars. Then he was granted parole. And then it got worse – the Innocence Project began working with Travis County District Attorney José Garza to get him exonerated.
Their theory: Kevin Harris, not Causey, killed Anita – after sexually assaulting her and taking her to an apartment complex he had no connection to. A complex where Causey lived. In this version, Causey just confessed for no reason.
False confessions do happen. Maybe Causey’s was one of them – though the evidence doesn’t prove it, which is why neither a judge nor the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals exonerated him.
But if you’re going to try to clear the man Anita’s family still believes murdered her, you do it with care. You respect them. You honour Anita’s memory. Garza’s office did neither. They ignored her family and friends. They showed graphic images of Anita’s body in court without warning. They lied – over and over.
Innocent or guilty – this is not what justice looks like.
We’ll cover Anita’s case in full in the future. Today, we stand in solidarity with her family and friends.

Jax Gratton was found dead outside the building where she was last known to be alive.
She was reported missing – not by the man she was with, and not by her roommate – but by her mother.
Police knew where that man had taken her – but they never checked the alley outside.
For 52 days, Jax lay there. Alone. Decomposing.
The coroner ruled her cause and manner of death undetermined – despite severe trauma, including a dislocated hyoid bone, fractured thyroid cartilage, and broken ribs.
Jax was found without her glasses, her phone or her shoes.
Jax’s toxicology results were based on liver tissue only, as no blood or urine was available due to the 52-day delay in recovering her body. The coroner’s own report warns these liver-only toxicology results are known to be artificially inflated and cannot be interpreted like standard post-mortem results. Jax had a prescription for Adderall, which can cause false positives for methamphetamine, making this almost certainly the cause of the positive result. There is no evidence that Jax used meth or that meth caused or contributed to her death. Anyone pretending otherwise is lying.
Jax was surrounded by men who had opportunities to act when she was in danger. They could have called for help. They could have raised the alarm. Instead, they did nothing – and she was left to die in an alley. That’s not just individual failure, it’s the product of a culture that treats trans women’s lives as less urgent, less valuable, less worth saving. As disposable.
Trans women are not disposable. This case screams for oversight.
Jax deserved to be found.
Jax deserved to be fought for.
And her friends, her family, and her community will fight for her.

While I think Kevin has a case here, I have to wonder where the accountability is for him? He was party to the abuse of his kids before Jodi arrived by going along with whatever Ruby wanted, then left his kids with a woman who was rapidly declining into all out physical abuse. Kevin you should be ashamed.
Another man, Ryan Hobday, is wanted in connection with the murders but is now feared to have been murdered himself. Police previously said they believed Ben Whyley - now among the accused - may also have been dead, as “proof-of-life” checks failed; however, he was subsequently arrested in Spain in late November 2018.
In 2018, police said suspects Hobday and Whyley were members of a gang “that has a grip on the [Tile Hill] area,” but stated they could not directly link the group’s activities to the deaths of Johnny and Daniel.
Sam Jones (26) and Ben Whyley (36) have both been charged with kidnap, false imprisonment, wounding with intent and conspiracy to murder.
Jordan Dowswell (29) and Junior Makosso (28) have both been charged with false imprisonment, wounding with intent and conspiracy to murder. (Note: Police initially released Dowswell’s surname as “Doswell,” but court records confirm the correct spelling is “Dowswell.”)
Thomas Young (29) has been charged with kidnap and false imprisonment.
All five defendants have been remanded in custody until a hearing at Birmingham Crown Court on 22 August.
Five men have been charged in connection with the disappearance and presumed murder of Johnny Robbins in March 2018.
Johnny vanished from Tile Hill, Coventry, on 21 March 2018. On the afternoon of 22 March, a white BMW 1 Series was found burned out by Crackley Woods. The next day, 23 March, Johnny’s dog Rogan was found running free in Crackley Lane, about four miles from Tile Hill.
Early police reports said Johnny was believed to have been taken from Sheppards DIY store on Broad Lane, via Lime Tree Park Social Club, before being “violently assaulted” and murdered in a flat on Torrington Avenue. (Police named these locations as part of Johnny’s last known route. There is no suggestion that owners or staff of either Sheppards DIY or Lime Tree Park Social Club were involved.)
Johnny’s death is linked to the murder of Daniel Shaw, who was found with gunshot injuries to his chest in Copland Place on 25 March 2018. However, at this stage the charges only relate to Johnny’s murder, as the police “have so far not been able to gather sufficient evidence to charge anyone” in connection with Daniel’s killing. Investigators believe Johnny was tortured in Daniel’s flat on Torrington Avenue.
Police have issued a fresh appeal for information following the murder of Coventry mum Reanne Coulson.
As previously reported following Magistrates' and Crown Court hearings, Mohammed Durnion has been charged with Reanne’s murder, which is alleged to have taken place on Wednesday 21 May. Adam Moore has been charged with assisting an offender, with prosecutors alleging he helped dispose of her body the following day in Binley Woods.
The site where Reanne’s body was found is around three miles from the address on Marlcroft, Willenhall, where the alleged murder is said to have occurred.
Detective Inspector Nigel Box, the Senior Investigating Officer in the case, said:
“We want to hear from anyone who visits Binley Woods, particularly near Gossett Lane, at the end of the Twelve O’clock Ride, whether you are a dog walker, cyclist or runner. If you visited the woods on 22 May, we need to hear from you.
“Please get in touch with us if you were there around 7.30am in the morning but also at any points during the day and noticed anything suspicious.
“We believe a fire was ignited at some point in the day and we would like anyone who saw this to contact us.
“If you have any dash cam, mobile phone or video footage then please submit it to us via our public portal.”
