@Movies_analyst What no one tells you is that once he got that lucrative paying job in murders and execution, there was no turning back for him. Also, HEY PAUL. 🪓🪓🪓😆😙😎🚬
@mid_day Unbelievable! It requires a court to say this? Instead pull up people who don't do their jobs in bmc and give them some harsh words so they can go back to not doing their jobs...again.
India's First Railway Station: Bori Bunder Station, Mumbai 1870s.
This is the Bori bunder station, where it all began. Where India's first passenger train embarked on its maiden journey to Thane and Mahim on April 16, 1853!
The foreground of the photo features the south end of Bori Bunder station. Built in 1853, it's a first passenger railway station of the Indian subcontinent. Behind the station lies the remains of Fort George, Which was built in 1769 by demolishing Dongri fort and levelling the hill on which fort stood. And in background is bustling harbour of Mumbai.
A few years after this photo was taken, the area changed forever. GIPR built the Grand Terminus (then Victoria Terminus, now Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus) south of Bori Bunder, Fort George's ramparts were demolished and St. George's Hospital was built in its place, with the harbour pushed further away due to reclamation.
